Terms of Service

BuyerCue (the “Service”) is operated by APSquared (“we”, “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of the website, search, company profiles, exports and any related features. By using the Service, creating an account or buying tokens, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes it. You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for business purposes.

The information in BuyerCue is gathered from publicly accessible sources: product directories, launch boards, marketplaces, listing pages and companies' own websites. We process it with automated tools, including parsers and machine-learning models, and derive further information such as categories, signals and scores.

We do not guarantee that any information in the Service is accurate, complete, current or fit for any purpose. In particular:

• Source pages can be wrong, out of date, or changed or removed after we observed them. Every record is a dated snapshot, not a live feed.
• Automated extraction and classification make mistakes. A value may be attributed to the wrong company, misread or missing.
• Buying-signal scores, bands and evidence summaries are our estimates. They are prioritization aids, not statements of fact about a company's finances, spending, intentions or suitability for your product.
• A detected tool, listing or advertising pixel does not prove a current paid relationship.
• Contact routes may be inactive, unmonitored or no longer belong to the company.
• A missing value means we did not find it, not that it does not exist.

You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it. Source links and observation dates are provided so that you can.

Searching is available without an account. Unlocking companies and holding tokens requires one. You sign in with an emailed link or a supported third-party sign-in provider, and you are responsible for keeping access to that email address or provider account secure. Tell us promptly at info@apsquared.co if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

One person per account. Do not share an account or create multiple accounts to collect additional free tokens.

Tokens are prepaid credits used to unlock company profiles. One token unlocks one company for your account. Current packs and prices are shown on the tokens page and are confirmed at checkout. Prices may change for future purchases.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:

• unused tokens, including tokens left in an account you close or that we terminate for breach of these terms;
• tokens spent on a company whose information you find to be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or unhelpful;
• tokens spent on a company that is later removed or suppressed from the Service, for example at the company's request; and
• dissatisfaction with results, response rates or outcomes of any outreach.

Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and cannot be exchanged for money. Free tokens granted at sign-up or as a promotion may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Nothing in this section limits any right to a refund that applicable law gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.

An unlocked company stays available to your account for as long as the Service holds that record and your account is in good standing. We may correct, update or remove any record at any time, including when a business asks not to be listed. Removed or suppressed companies are no longer shown or exported to anyone, including accounts that unlocked them earlier. No refund or replacement token is owed when that happens.

You may use the Service to research and contact businesses for legitimate business-to-business purposes. You agree not to:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or contact any business in a way that breaks anti-spam, marketing, privacy or data-protection law (for example CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, PECR or equivalent rules where you or the recipient operate);
• contact a business that has asked you not to, or ignore an opt-out;
• use the data to harass, discriminate against, defraud or deceive anyone;
• resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the data, or use it to build a competing database or service;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service, or circumvent token requirements, rate limits or access controls; or
• interfere with the Service's operation or security.

You are solely responsible for your outreach, including its content, lawfulness and consequences. BuyerCue never sends messages on your behalf.

For companies you unlock, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, export and use that information internally within your business for the purposes allowed above. The Service, its software, compilation, scoring and design remain ours. The underlying public facts belong to no one, and the businesses concerned retain their own rights in their names, marks and content.

We list businesses, not private individuals, and show only public business contact channels. If you represent a listed business and want a record corrected or removed, use the contact form or email info@apsquared.co from an address at the business's domain. Removal is permanent. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The Service and all information in it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any business will respond to, buy from or be suitable for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APSquared will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or any reliance on its information. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold APSquared harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your outreach to any business, or your breach of these terms or of applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users or listed businesses. We may also change or discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including the no-refund, disclaimer, liability and indemnity sections, survive it.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Material changes apply from the date they are posted, and continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them. Purchases already completed stay governed by the terms in force when you made them.
